We promise that the indoor potted flower gardens that you purchase from Happiness Blooms will be of the highest quality and delivered in conditions that guarantee optimal performance. If you followed our care instructions but didn't succeed, our Bloom Guarantee applies for up four weeks from delivery. We encourage customers to contact us at any time there is a question - we are committed to providing guidance and "hand-holding" through every step of growth. All of our potted flower gardens are hand planted, tenderly cared for during their 3-4 month chilling/rooting period, and hand-packed with care by an amazing team of Bloom Specialists, and ready to thrive in your home. Our guarantee covers our indoor potted flower gardens for four weeks after delivery.
We guarantee that the majority of the bulbs provided will bloom. Four weeks gives the bulbs time to settle into their new home and mature into blooms. Remember, plants have a natural lifecycle and take time to fully mature; not all bulbs will bloom at the same time, and a few might not bloom at all. Our weekly growing updates, online resources, and team of experts are here to help you understand what to expect.
Bloom Guarantee Details
- When available, we will send to you a one-time complimentary replacement of the same product. If we do not have the same product available, we will offer a replacement of similar value. In some limited circumstances, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or a merchandise credit (in the form of a gift card or otherwise) of the cost of potted garden minus our shipping costs incurred.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please be aware that factors beyond our control, including human error, weather, and aesthetic preferences, and damage caused by hungry critters (including fur babies) are not covered are not covered. Human error includes choosing to grow the potted garden outside and not providing the necessary care during the life of the potted garden, including under or over watering or too much/too little sunlight.
- Our Customer Success team may request photos or additional information to help inform quality control and to ensure that our products maintain our high-quality standards.
- Please keep in mind, every bulb is individual and unique and, just as in Mother Nature, perfection is not guaranteed. However, we can guarantee that you will receive the highest quality available in a timely manner and that a majority of the bulbs will bloom.
